- Provide safe and lawful access at the confirmed time.

- Disclose unsafe conditions, infestations, biohazards, hazardous materials, construction hazards, or heavy-lifting needs.
6. Scope Changes and Unsafe Conditions
If actual conditions or requested work materially differ from the confirmed scope, the company may pause, revise, reschedule, or decline service. Tasks considered unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, or beyond available capability may be refused.
7. Home Support Limitations

Photos submitted for quoting may be used to evaluate the request and should not be publicly used for marketing without separate permission. Original website content and branding may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Policies and Applicable Law
Final pricing, payment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, damage, and dispute terms are communicated as applicable to the approved service. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
